Known for exemplary attention to detail and her quality of service, Melissa Beckrow hails from Historic Downtown Bay City. A full-time REALTOR since 1997, Melissa is well known for her dedication to clients and providing personalized attention. Growing up in a family with a strong community presence and a strong work ethic, Melissa learned early on the importance of cultivating strong bonds with people and the value of hard work and having fun. Melissa joined as Partner at Ayre/Rhinehart Bay in March of 2016, and served the Bay County Board of Realtors® as their 2020 President.

Melissa's enthusiasm is evident in every aspect of her life. After studying Public Relations at Ferris State University, Melissa grew interested in real estate after meeting a close friend of her mothers who was a successful REALTOR. Melissa's curiosity was piqued and after some more exploration, she realized that real estate enabled her to work directly with people in a meaningful and deeply satisfying way. Since then, she has completed the Graduate Realtor® Institute (I, II & III), Evaluation Specialist Course and obtained her Brokers License. Voted Goodwill Ambassador for Bay City in 1990, Melissa was a member of the Downtown Management Board for 12 years, a volunteer for the Miss America Pageant for local chapter, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay City Realtors® Association. In addition to the regular home purchase or sale, Melissa also assists in land contract sales and property investments.
